FINSERAI is a trading name of Andrew Ward, sole trader, registered in England.

We provide AI consulting, development, and integration services for financial services firms. This includes building custom AI tools such as chatbots, voice agents, document processing systems, and workflow automation.

All project work is governed by a separate engagement agreement between you and FINSERAI. These terms cover general use of our website and demo features.

3. Live demos

Our website includes interactive AI demos for demonstration purposes only. Demo outputs are generated by AI models and are:

• Not financial advice, not regulated advice, and not a recommendation to act.
• Based on sample data and may not reflect real products, providers, or policies.
• Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date.

Do not rely on demo outputs for any financial, legal, or business decision. Always consult a qualified professional.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, logos, and demo interfaces — is owned by FINSERAI unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this site without written permission.

For client engagements, intellectual property ownership is defined in the relevant engagement agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our demos to process real client data or sensitive personal information.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse our AI systems or prompts.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Overload or interfere with the operation of the site or its infrastructure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FINSERAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our demo features.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the website (excluding paid engagements) is limited to £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Third-party services

Our site integrates with third-party services including Cal.com (scheduling), Google Analytics (usage data), and AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
